My name is Patience Julius from Zimbabwe. I started working at GUBAS De HOEK February 2013 as a Waitress trainee and Housekeeper.
Over the years i have worked here i have gained immense experience and expertise in Breakfast making and serving as well.
Attention to detail in housekeeping is another lesson learnt.
What i love about working here is that the Gunther and Balbina (owners) give me ample space and opportunity to learn new things and become a professional.
I always recommend Graham Beck Winery to our guests who love Method Cap Classique for their elegance and state of art facilities just a short distance from us.
Learning never ends and one day my future ambition is to become a Head -Waitress.
